Beautynet Korea Haul and Review

Beautynet Korea Haul and Review

I’ve been hauling again. The joys of a new job! πŸ˜‰

The reality is that this haul was a combination of need (I’m running out of a few things), pleasure (who doesn’t love a good haul?!), and winning some Paypal money from a giveaway.

This isn’t the first time I’ve used Beautynet Korea. I ordered one item from them a few weeks ago, just to test the waters. I had a pleasant experience so I decided to buy a larger order this time around. If you haven’t seen my “Where to Buy Your Korean Cosmetics” post yet, then please do. Not only do I list this website as a reliable place to find your fix, but there are many other websites and/or stores that you can go. Beautynet Korea is run by f2plus1, an experienced, reliable Ebay seller. I’ve bought from them many times, but just recently made the move to their actual website. I’ll cover why soon. πŸ˜‰

I’m in desperate need of a new blush. Blushes, for me, are loyal beings. I have a grand total of one. It’s a pretty, deep pink color, but as winter sets in, I’m becoming paler and that shade looks a little much on me. I was in search of a beautiful coral shade that looked like a natural shade on me. I scoured the internet for hours and came across the EGLips Apple Fit Blusher in Sweet Peach. I have to say, I’ve already swatched it and am inΒ love. Review soon!

I also purchased the EGLips Eye and Makeup remover, The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer, TonyMoly Floria Whitening sheet masks, and the Benton Snail Bee High Content Essence. I won’t lie, the Benton essence has been on my must have list for a long, long time. It has a cult following and many Asian beauty bloggers list is as their $12 miracle essence. Yes! Of course, reviews to follow!

As far as Beautynet Korea itself? I’m a believer! This website is on my absolute love list and I don’t think I’ll turn back. First off, register for an account. It’s free and you can earn points towards future purchases. Essentially, one credit is a dollar. You earn 3 credits just for signing up, then earn more credits as you buy products. When you have 10 credits (or dollars), you can apply them to your order. Plus, the fact that they have free shipping and some of the better prices that I’ve seen makes this website a great buy.

The shipping is pretty fast as well (considering it comes from Korea). I received mine in two weeks. They are packaged well, snuggled securely in a cardboard box with bubble wrap around most items. Bonus: lots of samples! The Panda’s Dream Eye Patch and other little packets at the bottom of the photo are the samples I received. So nice!

The last little sweet tidbit is their note they include in their packages. I’ve received this every time I order from them whether on their Ebay site or website.

beautynetkorea note

I rate Beautynet Korea 4.5 pomegranates. The only thing I would change is the functionality and aesthetic of their website. It can be a little difficult to find a specific product and it just isn’t that pretty to look at. Minor details, though!

What websites do you like to get your shopping fix on?

**Announcement! One week from today, November 1st, I will debut a super fun series that I’ve been working on forΒ ages! I won’t spoil the surprise, by giving too many details, but it will be a “marathon” of sorts. Stay tuned! πŸ˜‰

Let’s get social!

  1. Thanks for the website introduction, I’ve never heard of it. I love korean makeup! Especially since I’m Asian and the Korean makeup suits me better. But I know so little of it and it always intimidated me since I’m not as familiar as with American makeup, where I go to sephora and know exactly what’s good or not.

    Love your blog btw. πŸ˜€

    1. I totally understand the confusion and how overwhelming it can be! Just take it one step at a time. I mean, I’m still learning new stuff everyday! I have really loved my experiences with Beautynet Korea, but you can also check out my Where To Buy Your Korean Cosmetics post (on the sidebar) for more places. Even Sephora sells some stuff (although it’s overpriced). And thank you! I’m so glad that you enjoy the blog! Hopefully I can help you in your search for k-beauty that you love. πŸ˜‰
